After a childhood spent on a farm in rural Cuba, Graciela arrived with her family in the United States at just twelve years old with no money, no language skills—and absolutely zero knowledge of the complexities of American culture in Los Angeles.
But despite this challenging start, Graciela has gone on to become a ground-breaking executive for one of the largest companies in the world, a champion of diversity and inclusion - a passionate mentor to dozens of rising professionals around the globe—and a savvy business leader.
Needless to say, her journey wasn’t easy. But she can assure you it was worth it. For it gave her the unique insights and experiences she now shares with the world.

Graciela Meibar is a consultant and coach with 30 years corporate experience, and 20 years in management and senior management; her expertise is in connecting people, business development, and problem solving.
She is a senior executive with a proven record of accomplishments in business development, people management, relationship management, and building and launching new initiatives. She had a 30-year career at Mattel Inc. A few key describers of her career include: global, inclusive, people-focused, relationship builder, trusted mentor and colleague, advisor, deliverer of results.
Her background provides business insight and unique leverage to leaders experiencing changing conditions within their industry or organization, and in their personal lives. Graciela’s clients are leaders who are experiencing changing organization circumstances, or are in need of creating new dynamics for their teams.
Areas of specialty include sales force development, diversity and inclusion, marketing to the Hispanic market, and doing business in Latin America.
